Lothor is a Ninja Master who was sent into outer space for the evil stuff he has done. Outer space was his home for a long time until the day he was able to gain enough power to return to Earth.
Lothor has already destroyed the Ninja Academy. His goal was to have all the Ninja Students inside at the time he attacked the Academy, but he didn't know there were three students missing at the time.
He has also managed to transform Cam's Father into a guinea pig and has since called upon two evil rangers to attack the Wind Rangers.
