| Emperor Gruumm |
| Emperor Gruumm is the leader of the Troobians, he is the one who destroyed Doggie's planet and he will destroy anything or anyone who stands in his way. His idea was to seek revenge on Sam's planet, Anubis as well as destroy the Earth. It turned out that he was actually answering a higher power than himself, Magnificence. They are both later brought in by S.P.D. |

| Mora |
| This is a 10-year-old with a huge attitude problem...Mora is really evil and can create monsters to attack the Power Rangers just by using the power of her mind. She loved Emperor Gruumm's idea of taking control of Earth and joined him on his quest. |

| Morgana |
| This is just Mora's adult form. Gruumm was the one who turned her into Mora after she failed at several tasks. She is very strong but has always wished to return to being a child...for some unknown reason. |

| Broodwing |
| Broodwing sells weapons for evil use (of course). Although most of his weapons are for evil use, he will sell them to anyone who has the right amount of money. Broodwing only cares about the money that he makes, but later begins to plot his revenge on Emperor Gruumm. This came after Gruumm ordered his services and then refused to pay. |

| The Krybots are robots that serve the Troobian and as Emperor Gruumm's endless army. |

| Blue Krybots |
| The Blue Krybot is Emperor Gruumm's personal guard. A Blue Krybot isn't seen as often as the normal Krybot, but they are smarter and more powerful. |

| Orange Krybots |
| This Krybot is very rare to see and is above all, the most powerful. It will defend itself with a sword and very powerful attacks. Its most powerful attack is the "Triforce Shockwave". |

| Omni |
| Omni: Full Form |
| Omni is the being that Emperor Gruumm answers to and is often referred to as Magnificence. During the season, Gruumm searched for a way to bring Omni to Earth. Omni spent much of it's time in a chamber on Gruumm's spaceship. It has the power of mind control. Gruumm planned out his attack on Earth and had planned on releasing Omni onto the planet. However, this plan failed and the Power Rangers are still around to protect the planet. |
