| Captain Logan is from the year 3000. He was in charge of the entire Time Force Mission. (To Re-capture Ransik) He did not like the idea of the rangers traveling back in time and he tried to stop them. After he was unable to stop them form going after Ransik, Captain Logan began to help the rangers when ever he could by sending them weapons, zords, and other stuff from the year 3000. |

| Circuit was the "Time Force Robot" that could talk and give the rangers important information. He could even fly! Circuit had the ability to call in the zords to help the rangers and he could even warn them of monsters in the area before they attacked. Not only was Circuit a very smart robot, but he was also a very good friend to all of the rangers. Circuit was always watching out for Trip, and I am sure that he always will be. |

| Mr. Collins was the father of Wes Collins, the Red Ranger. He was very rich, but was never very willing to share his money with anyone, for any reason. However, that never made him one of the bad guys. Mr. Collins tried to create a group of his own "Rangers" and they sometimes showed up at the right time to help the real rangers. Wes always hoped that someday, his father would understand why he chose to live his life the way he did, and in the end Mr. Collins really did understand. He now knows that he will always love his son, and always has. |
